Introducing Gardens by ve/la – A New Restaurant Bringing Comfort and Community to the Table

[Bangkok, Thailand] – Gardens by ve/la, a new restaurant under the house of Apostofi, is set to open its doors to the public on the 29th of April 2023. The restaurant aims to be a place where people can come together and enjoy comforting dishes, new flavours, and memorable experiences in a welcoming and inviting environment.

“At Gardens by ve/la, we believe that food should be more than just sustenance. It should be an experience that brings people together and creates memories that last a lifetime,” said Kasidit Prasitrattanaporn, Founder and CEO of Apostofi Holdings. “We’ve crafted a menu that combines classic dishes with new flavours to create something truly special for our guests.”

The restaurant will serve breakfast, brunch, and dinner, as well as wine and charcuterie. In addition to the food, the restaurant also aims to create a welcoming and inviting environment where people can come together and take time for themselves. The decor is inspired by nature, with plants and greenery throughout the space creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

“We wanted to create a space that feels like home – a place where people can come to escape the stresses of daily life and just enjoy good food and good company,” said Renuka Vootapanich, Head of ve/la and Gardens at Apostofi Holdings. “Our hope is that Gardens by ve/la becomes a hub for the community, a place where people can gather and create meaningful connections over a shared love of food.”
